Kingswardfish
Rick Sward and Roxx Hunter are the core musicians of the outfit, Kingswardfish from Whitehorse, Yukon. The duo’s music reflects a wide range of influences including the Grateful Dead, as well as swinging jazz, reggae, blues, funk, country and Celtic themes.
Both performers are experienced musicians who have played thousands of shows all over North America and Europe. Their years of experience and sheer talent allows them to improvise on the spot, creating a fun, spontaneous, energetic and engaging show.
In July 2023, Kingswardfish spread their joy at the S.E. Alaska State Fair in Haines. AK. Rick and Roxx on electric guitars and vocals were joined by drummer Stevie G, bass player Patrick Jacobson and 14 year old lead guitarist Will Pacaud.
